Our one-of-a-kind woven rugs can be used for everyday decor or as yoga/meditation rugs. They are made with over 10 different types of naturally tanned sheepskin woven together by Renewed Traditions*. The rugs give off the gentle smell of lanolin, wool, and bark tannin. The sheepskin woven into this rug are naturally both hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

*Renewed Traditions (Roberta Barham, a Driftless Region weaver) continues generations of Swedish craftsmanship, using her grandfather’s rug loom. She uses 8/4 ply 100% cotton warp with a 24”-27” width. The Tannery’s yoga rugs are made with the trimmings from naturally tanned sheepskin, thus reducing landfill waste and producing a beautiful, functional, comfortable mat for energizing our bodies!
